Return & Refund Policy

1. When Can You Return?

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong product

⚠️ An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return request.

2. Return Timeframe

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Eligible returns can be refunded or exchanged.

3. Product Condition

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued via GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, or Bank Transfer.
  • Once the product is picked up and reaches us, refunds are processed within 7 working days.
  • Please allow up to 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a return pickup for you.

6. Processing Fee

  • A flat ₹200 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Timelines

  • Please allow up to 10–15 business days for the full return and refund process to be completed.
