1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • You may request cancellation any time before we dispatch the product.

  • Once cancelled (pre-dispatch), we refund the full amount (minus any payment processing fees) within 5 business days.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled outright.
  • You may refuse delivery and return the item (refer to our Return & Refund Policy).
  • The cost of return shipping and handling may be deducted from the refund.

3. Cancellation by Us

  • We may cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or regulatory reasons.
  • In such cases, we will notify you and refund the amount paid (including any shipping charges paid, if applicable).

4. Modification of Order

  • Minor modifications (size, metal, etc.) may be allowed prior to dispatch.
  • Major changes are treated as cancellations and require placing a new order.
